We are recognized for our ability to establish an early and substantial presence in developing markets characterized by capital inefficiency and limited competition. We like to be early in a market if not first.
Since 1999, EI has invested in 23 portfolio companies spanning Latin America, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and Europe. Our platforms include the homebuilding, retail, warehousing, distribution, office, hospitality, self-storage, senior living and specialty finance sectors.
This list includes both current and former EI portfolio companies.
